利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂102例疗效观察

目的观察利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法回顾分析102例门诊宫颈糜烂患者的临床资料及应用利普刀进行宫颈糜烂治疗前后的观察。结果102例宫颈糜烂患者中，轻度糜烂的治愈率为100％；中度糜烂的治愈率为96．36％；重度糜烂的治愈率为92．30％。总有效率达98．04％，利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂优于其他疗法。结论利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著，具有疼痛少、并发症少、不需住院等优点，值得临床应用。

At the 102 cases of cervical erosion leep therapy clinical observation

Results 102 of patients with cervical erosion, mild erosion of recovery rate was 100% ; Moderate erosion of the cure rate was 96.36% ; Severe erosion of the cure rate was 92. 30%. The total rate was 98.04%, better than other therapy. Conclusion The lcep at treat- ment cervical erosion curative effect is distinct, has less pain and less complications, no need to hospital and other advantages, is worth clin- ical application.
