左布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉在老年手术患者中的应用

目的分析左布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉在老年手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取笔者所在医院择期行妇科经腹手术治疗的老年患者42例,随机均分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取单纯硬膜外麻醉,观察组采取左布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉,对比两组麻醉效果,观察两组手术牵拉反应、阻滞不完全及不良反应的发生率。结果观察组术中血压、心率、牵拉反应、阻滞不完全、恶心呕吐等不良反应的发生率均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论左布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉应用于妇科经腹手术的老年患者,可有效保持心血管稳定,降低不良反应发生率,是安全、有效的,可于临床中推广应用。

The application of Levobupivacaine for CSEA in elderly surgical patients

Objective To analyze the effect of Levobupivacaine for CSEA in the application of elderly surgical patients.Methods 42 cases of elderly patients electively treated with gynecological abdominal surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group on average,the control group took a simple epidural anesthesia,the observation group took Levobupivacaine for CSEA.To compare anesthesia effect of two groups and observe the incidence rate of surgical traction reaction,incomplete block and side effect.Results The incidence rate of blood pressure,heart rate,traction reaction,incomplete block,nausea and vomiting and other side effects were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Levobupivacaine for CSEA in application of gynecological abdominal surgery in elderly patients can effectively maintain cardiovascular stability and reduce the incidence of side effects,it is safe and effective and can be applied in clinical practice.
