探讨胫骨交锁髓内钉内固定术4字体位的疗效

目的：探讨胫骨交锁髓内钉内固定术4字体位的疗效。方法：将20例胫骨骨折患者（均为闭合性骨折）采用4字体位,进行交锁髓内钉内固定。结果：20例平均随访20个月,采用4字体位行胫骨骨折交锁髓内钉内固定,手术时间短、术中失血量少、骨折复位率高、骨折愈合时间短。结论：胫骨骨折交锁髓内钉内固定手术时,采用4字体位,是一种新的有效的体位。

Discuss Effect of Treatment the Tibial Fractrue by Figure-4 Position with Interlocking Intramedullary Nail

Objective：To discuss the effect of treatment tibial fractrue by figure-4 position with interlocking intramedullary nail.Methods：20 cases whose tibial fractures all the cases close fractures were internal fixated with interlocking intramedullary nails,were by figure-4 position.Results：All cases were followed up about 20 months.using 4 font tibial fracture with interlocking intramellang nail fixation,operation time was shorter,blood loss was less,rate of the fracture replace was high,rate of the fracture cared were high.Conlusion：Tibial fractrues are internal fixated with interlocking intramedullary nail by figure-4 position,It is a new and effective position.
