| 摘 要： | 目的评价双吻合器技术在超低位直肠癌保肛术中的实用性。方法回顾分析本院2008年1月-2011年8月45例超低位直肠癌应用双吻合器技术保肛的临床资料。结果本组手术中45例患者均吻合顺利,术后1例吻合口瘘,无出血病例发生,吻合口狭窄2例（4.44%）,无手术死亡病例。结论应用双吻合器技术可极大提高超低位直肠癌保肛率,且并发症少,安全可行,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study and evaluate the role of double stapling procedure for the resection of super low rectal carcinoma.Methods Retrospective study was used to analyze the experience of double stapling techniques in colorectal anatomists for 45 patients with super low rectal cancer from Jan 2008 to Aug 2011 in auther＇s hospital.Results 45 patients were anastomosed smoothly,and one cases of postoperative anastigmatic leakage and no bleedingcases occurred,anastigmatic stenos is in 2 cases（4.44 %）,no operative deaths.Conclusion The double stapling technique is a safe alternation for anussaving operation for patients with super low rectal cancer. |
