| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小剂量反应停联合地塞米松治疗初治多发性骨髓瘤(mulitiple myeloma,MM)的疗效和不良反应。方法:17例治疗组患者予小剂量反应停(100mg/d起,每周增加50mg/d,2周后增至200mg/d),同时联合地塞米松40mg/d(d1~4,9~12,17~20)1个月1疗程,至少3个月。与前期给予2个疗程标准VAD方案治疗的18例患者进行历史对照。结果:治疗组与对照组相比较总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但不良反应发生率明显小于对照组。结论:小剂量反应停联合地塞米松作为初治50岁以上MM患者的治疗方案是安全有效的。
