原发性胆囊癌16例报告

本文报告1980年以来手术和病理证实的16例原发性胆囊癌,其中腺癌9例,乳头状腺癌4例,低今化腺癌2例,腺癌与鳞癌并存1例。本组平均年龄62.8岁,均有胆道病史,术前确诊率为50％,主要诊断依据是B超。胆囊切除率62.5％(10/16),存活5年以上2例,结石合并率为37.5％(6/16)。作者讨论了胆囊癌发病的相关因素并建议对有癌危因素息肉病变应积极予以胆囊切除术。

Primary Carcinoma of Galbladder. A Report of 16 Cases

During thd period 1980-1991,16 cases of primary carcinoma of gallbladder (PCG) were treated surgically and proven pathologically. Among them, there were 9 adenocarcinomas, 4 papillary adenocarcinomas and 3 others. The mean age of the patients was 62. 8 years. All the patients had a history of biliary tract diseases. The accuracy of preopera- tive diagnosis in this group was 50%. The preoperative diagnosis mainly depended on the B-mode ultrasonography. The incidence of the cholecystectomy was 62.5% (10/16). Two patients survived more than 5 years after operation. The au- thors suggest that cholecystectomy is highly indicated in patients with polypoid lesions of the gallbladder which carry a high risk of being cancer.
