原发性肾上腺皮质癌（附11例报告）

本文报告11例原发性肾上腺皮质癌,其中小儿5例;功能性6例,无功能性5例。皮质腺癌与腺瘤的病理区别主要看有无细胞浸润,不能完全以细胞形态为依据,混合性分泌紊乱综合征是小儿功能性肾上腺皮质肿瘤的临床表现特点;无功能性皮质癌常有某些腺外症状值得重视,功能性肾上腺皮质癌多有典型的表现特征,可作为诊断依据。本病术后积极采取联合化疗,有助提高疗效。

Primary Adrenal Cortical Carcinoma with a Report of 11 Cases

Eleven cases of primary adrenal cortical carcinoma are presented inclusive of 5 pediatric cases; 6 func- tional and 5 nonfunctional. The histological feature that differentiates cortical adenocareinoma and adenoma is sign of infil- tration by tumor cells and therefore pathological diagnosis should not merely rely on the morphology of the tumor cells. Mixed endocrinopathy syndrome is characteristic in pediatric cases with functional cortical carcinoma. Several extra-adrenal symptoms in nonfunctional cortical carcinoma were noted, however,the functional one usually had typical clinical features which is conducive to correct diagnosis. Surgical resection with post-operative chemotherapy may improve the outcome.
