| 摘 要： | 我科从１９８９－１９９１年Ｎｄ－ＹＡＧ激光治疗膀胱肿瘤６０例次，随防时间４－２８个月。１例局部复发（３％），８例其它部位复发（２８％）。３４例病人均未见穿孔、大出血合并症。激光治疗安全，适用于有选择性的膀胱肿瘤病人。

| Abstract: | From 1989 to 1991, 60 patients with bladder cancer were treated with YAG laser and followed up for 4 to 28 months. One recurrence at the primary site and 8 recurrences at other parts of the bladder were fouled. No complication such as perforation of bladder wall or bleeding were developed in all the 34 treated patients. YAG laser irra- diation is a safe and optional therapeutic modality for bladder cancer in selected patients. |
