周围神经肿瘤,滑膜肉瘤的凝集素受体检测

应用ＡＢＣ免疫组化技术对４２例周围神经肿瘤和滑膜肉瘤进行１２处凝集素受体检测。结果：神经鞘瘤和神经纤维瘤ＰＮＡ和ＲＣＡ均阴性，恶性神经鞘瘤分别为５５％和１００％阳性。神经鞘瘤均表达ＰＨＡ，３３０％表达ＬＣＡ；神经纤维瘤均表达ＬＣＡ，５０％表达ＰＨＡ。滑膜肉瘤１５％表达ＲＣＡ，８５％表达ＷＧＡ；恶性神经鞘瘤均表达ＲＣＡ，不表达ＷＧＡ。提示：ＰＮＡ和ＲＣＡ尤其ＲＣＡ为鉴别周围神经肿瘤良恶性的标志。ＬＣ

Lectin Receptors Assay in Peripheral Neurogenic Tumors and Synoviosarcomas Using Immunohistochemical Technique

Using ABC immunohistochemical technique,a variety of 12 lectin receptors were determined in 42 peripheral neurogenic tumors and synoviosrcomas. The results showed that there were no expression of PNA and RCA receptors in neurilemmoma and neurofibroma,but the positive rates of PNA and RCA in malignant neurilemmoma were 55% and 100% respectively. PHA and LCA in neurilemmoma were 100% and 30%; 50% and 100% in neurofibroma. RCA and WGA were positive in synoviosarcoma in 15% and 85% of cases;and were 100% and negative in malignant neurilemmoma respectively, The PNA and RCA ,especially RCA can be regarded as markers differentiating benign from malignant peripheral neurogenic tumors. LCA and PHA could be used as markers in differentiating neurofibroma from neurilemmoma and RCA and WGA in differentiating malignant neurilemmoma from synoviosarcoma.
