| 摘 要： | 喉癌与微量元素关系的研究,文献报道不多。本文自1987年开始对血清Zn、Cu、Fe、Se,进行了检测,企图探索与喉癌的关未,从检测结果可以看出喉癌的发生与血清Zn、Cu、Fe、Se的含量有一定关系,可能直接参与了喉癌的发生和发展。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to measure the level of serum zinc, copper, iron, and selenium, and to correlate them to the pathogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma. Using atomic spectrophotometry and 2, 3-2 aminonaphthyl fluroescence, serum Zn, Cu, Fe, and Se levels were determined in 48 patients with laryngeal carcinoma, 8 benign laryn- geal tumor and healthy individuals as control. The results showed that:1. Serum Zn and Fe levels were lower in patients than in healthy individuals (P<0. 05). 2. Serum Se level in benign tumor group was higher than in carcinoma group(P< 0. 05). 3. Serum Cu/Zn ratio was much higher in carinoma group than in healthy group. It is concluded that trace elements may play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of laryngeal carcinoma. |
