未分化胃癌与内镜检查特征关系的探讨

本文探讨了27例未分化胃癌(病理确诊〕的内镜检查特征,并与同期920例其它类型胃癌作对照。本组未分化胃癌占胃癌总数2.8％,明显低于国内有关报道。发病年龄及高峰年龄较同期其它胃癌高10岁左右,且女性比例升高。本病以发病快、病程短、转移率高、预后差、生存期明显缩短为特点。内镜下主要特征为胃壁僵硬、病灶大、浸润广、多部位跨越、不规则多型性隆起与多发性溃疡交错并存。采取多部位深活检或重复检查有利于本病的诊断。

Gastroscopic Features of Undifferentiated Carcinoma of Stomach.An Analysis of 27 Cases

The gastroscopic features in 27 cases with undifferentiated carcinoma of stomach were studied and compared with that in 920 patients with differentiated gastric cancer. The age at the onset of the undifferentiated cancer as well as the peak age were 10 years higher than those in the control group. Rapid progress,high metastatic tendency and poor prognosis were the main features of the undifferentiated cancer. The findings by endoscopy in this disease mainly were stiff gastric wall, widespread lesion, multiple site involvement which appeared either as eminences or ulcers. It is of great help to diagnosis to take deep biopsy or repeated endoscopic examination.
