摘    要:本文采用细胞培养技术和紫外分光光度法,研究了各种蚯蚓提取物(912)在热处理及透析后,其在416nm处吸收峰有改变,且细胞毒毒性减低,该吸收峰高低与细胞毒毒性强弱有关。

Abstract:MCX-912 is an extract from earthworm which has anti-cancer effect both in vivo and in vitro. The cyto- toxicity and ultra-violet spectrum of MCX-912 were observed on cell culture and under ultra-violet spectroscopy. After heating and dialysis, the characteristic absorption peak at 416nm in the ultra-violet spectrum and the decrease of cytotoxic ity of MCX-912 were observed. The peak height was correlated with cytotoxicity of MCX-912.
