| 摘 要： | 本文报告10例手术切除的子宫恶性中胚叶混合瘤。发病率占同期子宫肉瘤的33％。分析了其临床、病理与预后的关系,认为大体的息肉型、组织学的腺肉瘤预后较好。同源性与异源性预后无差别。治疗应尽早行子宫全切术。

| Abstract: | Ten cases of malignant mesodermal mixed tumors of the uterus were analysed. The clinical manifes- tations were irregular vaginal bleeding,leukorrhea and tumor in the vagina or cervical canal. The treatment used was ab- dominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy combined with external irradiation and chemotherapy. The 5- year survival rate was 20%. The gross appearance of the tumor can be classified into polypoid, nodular and infiltrated types. The microscopic pat- terns can be classified into carcinosarcoma and adenosarcoma according to their epithelial elements. |
