| 摘 要： | （目的）观察肺癌经支气管动脉灌注化疗的疗效。（方法）对64例肺癌采用支气管动脉灌注化疗，观察近期疗效，毒副反应及并发症。（结果）64例支气管肺癌近期有郊率：65．7％。（结论）支气管动脉灌注化疗对中央型和周围型肺癌有较好的近期疗效，联合用药治疗安全可行、毒副反应及并发症轻微。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the curative effect of the bronchial arterial infusion chemotherapy (BAIC) on long cancer patients. [Method] The near- future curative effect, adverse effect and complication were observed after using BAIC in 64 long cancer patients. [Result] Ratio of the near - future efficiency was 65 .7% . [Conclusion] BAIC has a good curative effect on the surrounding types of long cancer. Alliance administration is safe and feasible an its adverse effects and complication are slight. |
