MSCT双期扫描对胃间质瘤的诊断价值

目的:探讨胃间质瘤的多排螺旋CT表现及其诊断价值。方法:收集经手术病理证实的GST18例,术前均行多排螺旋CT平扫及双期增强扫描。结果:18例胃间质瘤均为恶性。病灶多呈类圆形。平扫:呈均匀等密度6例;肿块周边呈等密度,中央低密度区12例。增强:病灶呈明显均匀强化6例;病灶不均匀强化,其中可见散在坏死12例。结论:MSCT是目前GST检查的最佳选择,并能通过多方位重建(MPR)更清晰显示病灶各项特征,对胃间质瘤的定位和定性诊断有重要价值。

Multislice spiral CT in the diagnostic value of gastric stromal tumor

Objective:To investigate the CT features of gastric stromal tumors(GST) and to evaluate multislice spiral CT(MSCT) in the diagnosis of the GST.Methods:Both plain and dual-phase contrast enhanced CT in 18 cases with pathologically proved GST were analyzed retrospectively.Results:18 cases with GSTs were malignant tumors.The lesions were mainly oval in shape.On plain CT scans:the tumors showed homogeneous isodense(n=7),or low-density centrally and isodense peripherally(n=12).On enhanced CT scans:marked homogeneous isodense enhancement were seen in 7 cases.Heterogeneous enhancement with necrosis in 12.Conclusion:At present,MSCT is the first selected method.By using MPR,it can precisely show some characteristic CT signs,and it plays an important role in the diagnosis of location and character of gastric stromal tumors.
