| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国因长期过量饮酒所致的酒精性肝损害的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。开发安全有效的具有解酒保肝作用的功能性食品已成为防治酒精性肝损害的重要课题。葛根为卫生部认可的药食兼用植物,已有两千多年的药用历史,现在葛根主要用于治疗酗酒和减少酒精宿醉的症状以及心脏和循环系统的问题,本文综述了葛根的解酒作用及其机制的研究情况。

| Abstract: | The number of aleoholie liver disease rises year by year recently. It is an urgent need for scientists to study and develop safe and effective products for alcohol disintoxication and liver protecting. Radix Puerariae is a medicinal and edible plant recognized by the Ministry of Health of the People＇ s Republic of China. It has been used in Chinese medicine for over 2000 years. Today, Radix Puerariae is used to treat alcoholism, reduce symptoms of alcohol hangover, heart and circulatory conditions. The anti-inebriation effects of Radix Puerariae and its mechanisms were summarized in this article. |
