| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下及药物治疗难治性多囊卵巢综合征疗效情况。方法分析该院收治的60例难治性多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床资料,采用腹腔镜下卵巢电凝穿刺术联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗。结果难治性多囊卵巢综合征患者60例治疗后LH、FSH、T均低于治疗前,治疗后规律月经率、排卵率、妊娠率均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜下卵巢电凝穿刺术联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合证临床效果良好,妊娠率明显增高,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach curative effect of refractory polycystic ovarian syndrome by celioscope and medicine. Methods To analyze 60 cases clinical data of refractory polycystic ovarian syndrome in our hospital,aparoscopic ovarian puncture electrocoagulation combined with clomifene citrate capsules. Results The LH、FSH、T of 60 cases refractory polycystic ovarian syndrome after treatment were lower than before treatment,The regular menstrual rate、ovulation rate、pregnancy rate after treatment were better than before treatment,P 0.05,the difference statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical result of refractory polycystic ovarian syndrome by celioscope and medicine were good,which was improved pregnancy rate,which was to be used. |
