腹部手术病人术后疼痛的综合护理干预效果

[目的]观察腹部手术病人术后疼痛的综合护理干预效果。[方法]将144例腹部手术病人随机分为对照组和干预组各72例，对照组采取常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上实施综合护理干预，在病人术后刚清醒时、术后24h和术后48h用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评定两组病人的疼痛情况，并比较两组病人对护理的满意度。[结果]干预组手术后24h和48hVAS评分均低于对照组（P〈0．05）；干预组病人对护理的满意度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]腹部术后行综合护理干预能够减轻病人伤口的疼痛、提高病人的满意度。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for postoperative pain in abdominal surgery patients

Objective.To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing inter-vention for postoperative pain in abdominal surgery patients Methods. A total of 144 patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the control group and intervention group, 72 cases in each, control group cases received the routine care, besides that, the comprehensive nurs- ing intervention was taken for the intervention group cases, then the pain in both groups patients was evaluated on postoperative awake,at 24 h and 48 h after operation by using VAS,and comparing the nursing satisfaction of both groups patients. Results. At 24 h and 48h after surgery, the VAS scores of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05） ;the nursing satisfaction of patients of intervention group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The compre-hensive nursing intervention after abdominal surgery can reduce patients wound pain and improve satisfaction of patients.
