重型颅脑损伤合并大面积脑梗塞临床分析

目的分析重型颅脑损合并性大面积脑梗塞发病因素和发病机制，探讨诊治及预防措施。方法分析总结13例重型颅脑损伤合并大面积脑梗塞患者的临床资料进行总结。结果13例患者中良好2例，中残2例，重残3例，植物生存1例，死亡5例。结论重型颅脑损伤大面积脑梗塞患者死亡率高预后较差，与血液流变学变化、血管损伤、脑血管痉挛、休克。颅高压、术中因素，自身因素等有关。仔细观察病情及时复查CT做到早发现，术中妥善处理、术后维持内环境稳定、控制颅高压、稳定血压，做到早预防，应用钙离子拮抗剂及改善微循环药物做到早治疗对改善患者的预后，降低残死率有积极意义。
