| 摘 要： | 目的观察脑梗死患者脂蛋白（a）[Lp（a）]水平的变化,探讨脑梗死与脂蛋白（a）的关系。方法检测100例脑梗死患者和100例健康体检者脂蛋白（a）的含量。结果脑梗死患者脂蛋白（a）的平均含量为399 mg/L,健康体检者脂蛋白（a）含量为128 mg/L,脑梗死组明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论脑梗死患者Lp（a）水平明显升高,是脑梗死发生的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the change of serum lipoprotein（a） in patients with cerebral infarction and study the relationship between cerebral infarction and serum lipoprotein.Methods Detected serum level of LP（a）in 100 patients with cerebral infarction（cerebral infarction group）and 100 healthy subjects（healthy control group）.Results The median value（mg/L） in cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than those in healthy control group（399 vs 128,P0.01 respectively）.Conclusion Significantly elevated serum LP（a） level is a vital risk factor for onset of cerebral infarction. |
