开放手术治疗髁状突纵形骨折

目的 总结分析髁状突纵形骨折的发病、诊断和治疗方法。方法 共收治１１例１４侧髁状突纵型骨折的患者，经过病史、体格检查、Ｘ线片、ＣＴ及三维ＣＴ诊断，选择开放性手术。结果 所有总例在咬合关系、张口度、颞下颌关节区疼痛、弹响、下颌骨运动时偏斜、伤口愈合等方面均获得良好疗效。结论 髁状突纵型骨折虽然较为少见，但必须引起足够重视。正确诊断、精准复位及良好固定是保证开放手术成功的关键。

Open Operation of the Vertical Condylar Fracture

Objective This article is mentioned to study the incidence, diagnosis, management of the vertical condylar fractures. Methods 11 patients, 14 cases of the veritcal condylar fractures, were treated in our department between June 1997 and August 1998. All the patients were diagonsed through history, physical examination, radiographs, computed tomography scan and three-dimentional reconstruction of a computed tomograpy scan, treated with various sugrical approachs. Results All the patients had got satisfactory postoperative result in the aspects of occlusion, degree of opening, joint noise, pain in the area of temporomandibular joint, deviation in mandibular motion and healing of the incision. Conclusion Enough attention should be paid to the vertical condylar fractures. The key to a successful open operation is the correct diagnosis, the accurate reduction and the stable fixation. [
