| 摘 要： | 木文试用噻唑烷酸治疗8 例骨髓增生异常综合征,口服剂量1200mg/d,疗程20-300d不等。结果5例有效;其中4例难治性贫血伴原始细胞过多的病人均有一定疗效,提示该药可能成为治疗骨髓增生异常综合征和某些白血病的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Timonacic (thioproline) medication was usually started with 300 mg/d for 1 wk, followed by 1.2 g/d. The Treatment was continued for 20-300 d. The effective rate was 5/8. One oatient developed chest discomfort, which disappeared after withdrawal of the drug. |
