结肠透析仪结肠灌洗联合中药保留灌肠治疗炎症性肠病疗效观察

[目的]探讨结肠透析仪结肠灌洗联合中药保留灌肠治疗炎症性肠病(IBD)的临床疗效。[方法]56例IBD患者随机分为2组,各28例,2组均予常规西医治疗,对照组加用传统中药保留灌肠,治疗组加用结肠透析仪行结肠灌洗、再行中药保留灌肠治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率(92.8%)优于对照组(78.5%)(P<0.05);肠道内药物保留时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]结肠透析仪结肠灌洗联合中药保留灌肠治疗IBD疗效好,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of retention enema by traditional Chinese medicine combined with colonic dialysis in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease

[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of retention enema by traditional Chinese medicine combined with colonic dialysis in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).[Methods]Fifty-six cases of IBD were divided into 2 equal groups.Aside from conventional treatment with western medicine in both groups,patients in the treatment group were treated with retention enema of traditional Chinese drug after colon cleansing with dialysis machines,while patients in the control group were treated with retention enema of traditional Chinese drug without using dialysis machines.[Results]The successful rate of conservative treatment was 92.8% in treatment group and 78.5% in control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The retention time of traditional Chinese drug in the colon was much shorter in control group than in treatment group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Retention enema by traditional Chinese medicine combined with colonic dialysis is effective,which is an ideal technique in the treatment of IBD.
