白芍总苷对肠易激综合征大鼠Th1/Th2表达失衡的影响

摘    要:目的]研究白芍总苷(TGP)对肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法]实验动物按随机数字表法分为5组:模型组、TGP高剂量组、TGP低剂量组、阳性对照组、正常组;除正常组外,其他各组采用免疫诱导联合心理应激法建立IBS大鼠模型。观察各组大鼠血清及结肠黏膜Th1细胞因子白细胞介素(IL)-2、Th2细胞因子IL-5水平的变化。结果]与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清、结肠黏膜IL-2水平明显增高(P<0.01),IL-5水平降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,TGP高、低剂量组及阳性对照组血清、结肠黏膜IL-2水平明显降低(P<0.05,0.01),IL-5水平增高(P<0.05)。结论]IBS大鼠血清、结肠黏膜Th1/Th2表达失衡,TGP有调节平衡的作用。

Abstract:Objective]To study the effect of total glucosides of paeony(TGP) on Th1 and Th2 cytokine in IBS rats.Methods]The IBS rat model was made by the combination of stress and basic ovalbumin-sensitized.The rats were randomly divided into five groups: the normal control group,the model control group,the positive control group,the high-dosage TGP group and the low-dosage TGP group.The Th1 and Th2 cytokine in serum and intestinal mucosa of IBS rats were assessed.The regulation of TGP was observed.Results]Compared with the normal control group,the IL-2 in serum and intestinal mucosa of IBS rats was increased(P<0.01),the IL-5 in serum and intestinal mucosa of IBS rats was decreased(P<0.05).TGP down-regulated the IL-2 level and up-regulate the IL-5 level in serum and intestinal mucosa of IBS rats(P<0.05,<0.01).Conclusion]The Th1/Th2 balance in serum and intestinal mucosa of IBS rats was disorder.TGP could regulate the Th1/Th2 imbalance of IBS rats.
