松动顺手法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

目的:观察松动顺手法治疗膝骨关节痛的临床疗效。方法:根据患者入组先后时间顺序,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组25例。观察1个疗程后关节疼痛、上下楼能力、关节晨僵、行走范围这4项指标的分值差别及两组疗效差异。结果:试验组4项指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组疗效比较,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:松顺动手法治疗膝骨关节痛疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Observation of pine along onset method for treatment of knee osteoarthritis pain

Objective: To observe of pine along onset method for treatment of knee osteoarthritis pain clinical view.Methods: According to cases into group successively time of order,assigned to the experimental and control groups,and 25 cases of each group.After treatment,to observe the differences of the indexes including arthrodynia,capacity of walking up and down stairs,joint stiffness,and domain of walker.Differences and efficacy of the two groups of difference.Results: Compared with the indexes of the two groups,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the curative effect of the two groups,there has the significant difference,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Pine-along the hands-on method for treatment of knee osteoarthritis pain has definite curative effect,it is worthy to popularize in clinic.
