挥发油含量测定新装置

目的：设计一种挥发油含量测定的新装置，以克服药典装置的不足。方法：采用该装置以共水蒸馏法提取常用中药材之挥发油，并与药典法相比，同时比较两套装置的适用性。结果：本法与药典法提取效率基本一致，且具实用范围广，精确度高，可用于微量测定等优点。结论：该法极具推广应用价值。

A NEW DEVICE OF VOLATILE OIL CONTENT MEASUREMENT

Objective: To design a new device to determine volatile oil of medicinal herbs, in order to surmount the shortcoming of pharmacopoeia device. Methods: This device was used to measure volatile oil content of medicinal herbs mostly by coeno-water distillation. Compared with the pharmacopoeia device, and at the same time, compared their applicability. And the compare the new device with the pharmacopoeia device, and their applicability at the same time. Results: The extraction efficiency of this method is basicly consistent with that of pharmacopoeia method, but it possesses the merit that the practical scope is extensive, and the precision is high, and it can be used in microanalytic measurement etc. Conclusion: This apparatus extremely possesses the application and popularization value.
