| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心脑动脉粥样硬化中医的病因病机及其临床治疗。方法:运用中医传统理论,分析心、脑生理功能的相关性,病因病机间的联系。结果:心脑动脉粥样硬化心、脑功能相济,息息相关;病机可概括为以阳虚、气血亏虚为本,痰凝、血瘀为标,日久虚实夹杂,最终发展为因虚致实,因实而虚的恶性循环。在临床中,运用补气养阴,化痰清瘀法,以补为主,气血同治,痰瘀共除,心脑兼顾治疗动脉粥样硬化性血管病。结论:心脑动脉粥样硬化性疾病可异病同治,中医药治疗具有多靶点干预的优势。
