阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎120例临床观察

目的:观察阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MP)的临床疗效。方法:将我院门诊收治的120例MP患儿给予阿奇霉素(治疗组),同时将另120例MP患儿给予红霉素(对照组),比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率(95.00%)显著高于对照组(81.67%)(χ2=5.18,P<0.05);患儿的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间以及住院时间明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);不良反应发生率也显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.68%,P<0.01)。结论:阿奇霉素治疗小儿MP疗效确切,不良反应少,疗程短。

Azithromycin in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children:Clinical Observation of 120 Cases

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the clinical efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. METHODS： 240 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in children in our hospital recent years were analyzed. In control group, 120 children were treated with erythromycin; in treatment group, 120 children were treated with azithromycin. RESULTS： In control group, total effective rate was 81.67%; in treatment group, total effective rate was 95.00% （Х^2=5.18, P〈0.05）.Defervescence time, Disappearance time of cough, and hospital stay in treatment group were lower than in control groups （P〈0.05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than in control group＇s （Х^2=15.68%, P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION： Azithromycin shows precise effect on mycoplasma pneumonia in Children with little adverse reactions and short treatment course.
