无创伤检查对下肢静脉倒流性疾病的应用研究

报道对52条肢体分别行多谱勒超声和光电体积描记检查，并结合手术中所见，探讨无创伤检查技术对下肢静脉倒流性疾病的临床价值。结果表明，多谱勒超声的准确性、灵敏度及特异性均较高，可避免顺行静脉造影检查的某些缺点，而PPG检查由于假阳性、假阴性率高，临床应用价值较小。

Clinical evaluation of non-invasive tests in the diagnosis of venous valvular incompetence of lower extremity

By employing non-invasive photoplethysmogrophy (PPG ) and doppler ultras ound (DU ) examination on 52 varicose 1imbs in 51 patients with varicosity were examined. The results were compared with the diagnosis after operation- It indicated that the sensitivity of DU examination of deep venous incompeteiue was 91. 7%,and rate of correet diagnosis was 100%. From these,we considered that DU is of greater diagnostic va1ue for venous valvu lar incompetence disease than PPG' DU is an effective and safe non-invasive technique as compared with venogra phy.
