摘    要:我们用聚合酶链反应检测127例单纯海疹水疱和治愈皮损中的单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)DNA序列。皮损发生于面部13例,生殖器部位14例。13例单纯疱疹水疱损害中检测到452bpHSV1DNA和442bpHSV2DNA片断,在治愈度损中未检测到HSVDNA序列。有些作者认为HSVDNA可以在皮肤损害中持续存在,本文没有发现在单纯疱疹治愈度损中存在HSVDNA。

Abstract:We detected herpes simplex virus(HSV) DNA sequences in bullous lesions and healed lesions in 27patients with herpes simplex (HS) using polymerase chain reaction. Skin lesions located on face and genital regionin 13 and 14 patients respectively. A 452bp HSVI DNA fragment and 442bp HSV2 DNA fragment were found inbullous lasions of 13 patients with HS. No HSV DNA sequences was found in healed lesions in all patients withHS. Some studies have indicated that HSV DNA sequences persisted in skin lesions. In this paper,we found noevidence indicating the presence of HSV DNA in clinically healed skin lesions.
