| 摘 要： | 回顾分析了经CT和／或MRI及手术证实的46例脑脏肿。病人被分为穿刺抽吸组（21例）和手术切除组（25例）。两组的治疗结果相似。术后癫痫与脓肿部位有关，颞叶和额叶最多见；而与治疗方法和术前是否存在癫痫无关。脑脓肿的CT和MRI特征、脑脓肿术后癫痫发生机理及手术方法的选择作了讨论。

| Abstract: | 46 patients with brain abscess confirmed by CT and/or MRI and operation were retrospectivelyanalysed. Patients were divided into aspiration group (21 cases) and excislon group (25 cases). There was no significant difference in outcomes of the groups. Seizures after surgery were related to abscess localization, frequentlyoccurring in temporal and frontal abscesses, nothing to do with different types of treatment and also nothing to dowith the presence of preoperative seizures. The features of brain abscess on CT and MRI, the mechanisms of postoperative seizures and selection of management methods were discussed. |
