人脑星形细胞瘤p16及胶质原纤维酸性蛋白表达的研究

摘    要:胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达水平与星形(胶质)细胞瘤分化程度有关,其与常规病理组织学分级的反比关系并不完全反映星形细胞瘤的生物学行为。P16蛋白是抑癌蛋白,广泛而高频率地表达于人类肿瘤中。本研究用免疫组化方法结合观察了42例星形细胞瘤标本的GFAP和P16表达。结果显示:GFAP表达水平随着星形细胞瘤病理组织学恶性程度的升高而下降,P16有着相同的表达水平的变化。本文对这种关系进行了讨论。

Abstract:GFAP is a kind of medum of fibrillary protein in adult astrocyte which can be seen in astrocytoma;pl6 is a protein encoded by p16 gene(MTS1 ) is a tumor suppressor gene which can inhibit CDK4. It may contributece1lular proliferation. In this report, 42 astrocytomas were studied with immunohistochemical analysis. The resultshows that expressive level of GFAP is low in high grade tumor and high in low grade tumor, p16 have the samechanges as GFAP. The results may suggest that there was some relationship between GFAP and pl6 in the deve-lopment and progression of astrocytoma.
