造口旁疝28例防治研究

目的 探讨造口旁疝发生的原因及防治策略.方法 回顾性分析2001年1月至2007年10月收治的28例造口旁疝患者发生的原因.结果 28例全部手术治疗,其中:原位修补术9例,获访8例,治愈4例,复发4例;造口移位术15例,获访10例,治愈7例,复发3例;人工合成材料修补术4例,获访3例,全部治愈,无复发.造口旁疝的发生主要与造口部位选择、造口技术,病人过度肥胖、术后腹内压增高及切口感染等因素有关.结论 预防应从手术因素、患者因素,手术后因素三个方面着手.造口旁疝的治疗应根据病人具体情况选择不同方式.

Methods The review analysis from January 2001,28 cases which admitted to October 2007 makes the reason which nearby the mouth hernia occurred. Results The result 28 cases completed surgeries treat. 9 cases were made the home position plastic operation, 8 cases were follow up ,4 cases were cured,4 cases recurrent ;15 cases were made the mouth shifting technique, 10 cases were follow up,7 cases were cured,3 cases recurrent. 4 cases were made synthesized material plastic operation,3 cases were follow up, 3 cases were cured, none was recurrent.
