先天性梅毒27例临床分析

目的研究先天性梅毒的临床表现,以及与母亲是否治疗或治疗是否彻底的关系。方法通过对27例出生后确诊先天性梅毒患儿的临床表现、预后和母亲怀孕期间是否治疗的关系进行总结,同时对母亲治疗与母亲未治疗或治疗不彻底先天性梅毒患儿进行对照研究。结果母亲治疗和母亲未经治疗和治疗不彻底的先天性梅毒患儿,在出生时即出现临床二期梅毒的症状。在肝功能损害方面,先天性梅毒患儿早期间接胆红毒升高（与对照组比较无显著差异）,后期（2周）出现转氨酶的升高。结论母亲未经治疗或治疗不彻底的先天性梅毒患儿出生后可出现临床症状。全程的抗梅素治疗是改善先天性梅毒患儿临床症状的关键。

Clinical analysis in 27 cases of congenital syphilis

Objective To explore the children clinical characteristics and their mothers’therapy condition of congenital syphilis.Methods we collected children with congenital syphilis whose mother receive regular treatment,Compare to children with congenital syphilis whose mother did not receive regular treatment.Results We found that the children with congenital syphilis show more serious sympton than the normal children.We also found that there were sharply increased of the serum level of bilirubin and transaminase in these children with congenital syphilis after two weeks.On the other hand,the children with congenital syphilis show more serious sympton of their mother did not receive regular treatment than those children whose mother receives regular treatment.Conclusions The children with congenital syphilis whose mother did not receive regular treatment may show serious symptom.Effevtive full-course anti-syphilis therapy is the key to improving symptom of these children with congenital syphilis.
