三种治疗慢性宫颈炎的口服中成药疗效及用药分析

目的比较三种治疗妇科炎症药物的临床疗效，并结合其用药情况进行临床药物分析。方法对2008年1月至2008年12月间在我院门诊确诊为宫颈炎157例患者分为三组，分别给予花红片、千金片和妇炎康片治疗，观察并比较其治疗结果，并进行药物经济学分析。结果花红片组有效率为84．9％，千金片组有效率为96．2％，妇炎康片组有效率为90．4％，千金片C／E最低。结论三种药物均有较好治疗宫颈炎的疗效，其中千金片在经济成本和效果比方面更优。

Efficacy and analysis of three oral Chinese medicines drug for chronic cervicitis

Objective To compare and analyse the efficacy and economy of three oral Chinese medicines drug for chronic cervicitis. Methods 157 cases of chronic cervicitis patients treated in our hospital from Jannary to December in 2008 were diveded into three groups. The there groups were treated with Huabong Tablets, Qianjin Tablets and Fuyankang Tablets. Clinical efficacy and economy were analyzed. Results The efficient rate of Huahong Tablets was 84.9% , Qianjin Tablets was 96. 2% and Fuyankang Tablets was 90. 4%. The C/E of Qianjin Tablets was the lowest. Conclusion The three drugs have a better efficacy of the treatment of chronic cervicitis,in which the Qianjin Tablets is more economic and excellent.
