益气化瘀祛痰法治疗肺心病肺动脉高压86例分析

目的研究益气化瘀祛痰法对肺心病肺动脉高压的作用机制。方法选择172例肺心病肺动脉高压患者,86例采用益气化瘀祛痰法中药口服,86例西医常规处理。观察两组患者治疗后平均肺动脉压、血气分析、血液流变学等指标的变化,并进行组间对比。结果在降低肺动脉高压、改善血气分析及血液流变学等指标上,治疗组明显优于对照组,具有显著统计学意义。结论中药益气化瘀祛痰法对降低肺心病肺动脉高压优于西医常规处理。

Analysis on 86 cases of pulmonary hypertension of pneumodardiopathy treated with some Chinese medical therapies

Objective To study the mechanism of the therapies of replenishing qi,resolving stasis and expelling phlegm on pulmonary hypertension of pneumodardiopathy.Method To select 172 cases of pulmonary hypertensions of pneumodardiopathy and divide them into two groups.The patients in the treatment group(n=86) with the symptoms of qi insufficiency,blood stasis or phlegm obstruction were given the oral preparations of Chinese medicine.The patients in the control group(n=86) were given routine treatment of western medicine.Some indexes,like mean pulmonary arterial pressure(MPAP),blood gas analysis and hemorrheology,were observed and compared in two groups.Result The result of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group with a statistical significance in the descend of pulmonary hypertension,and improvement of blood gas analysis and hemorrheology.Conclusion The effect of Chinese medical therapies of replenishing qi,resolving stasis and expelling phlegm is better than routine treatment of western medicine on pulmonary hypertension of pneumodardiopathy.
