长托宁治疗中、重度有机磷农药中毒疗效分析

摘    要:目的通过观察了解新型抗胆碱药长托宁在有机磷农药中毒中的疗效。方法随机将125例口服有机磷农药中毒的患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组63例患者用长托宁和氯磷定救治,对照组62例患者用阿托品和氯磷定救治。结果两组给药的次数和总量、阿托品化后的不良反应及病愈的时间上差异均有统计学意义。结论长托宁治疗有机磷中毒用药剂量小,不良反应少,比阿托品更加有效。

Curative of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride for Moderate and Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Abstract:Objective To study the curative efficacy of penehyclidine hydrochloride on organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 125 cases with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(taken orally) were randomly divided into the therapeutic group and control group. The therapeutic group (63 cases) were treated with pralidoxime chloride and penehyclidine hydrochloride, while control group(62 cases) with pralidoxime chloride and atropine. Results The difference in times and total dosage of drugs administration, the adverse effects of the atropinization and the recovery time between the both groups had statistical significance respectively(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride is more effective than atropine for organophosphorus pesticides poisoning with low dosage and little side effects.
