飞行员饮酒情况调查与分析

目的研究我军飞行员饮酒现状。方法采用整群抽样的方法,使用AUDIT问卷调查我军96名飞行员的饮酒情况,并按年龄进行分组,对各组间的问卷分数、饮酒频率等进行检验,计量资料采用One-wayANOVA检验,计数资料采用卡方检验。结果 96名飞行员中饮酒率为95.83%,其中92名饮酒者中正常饮酒28人（30.43%）,危险及有害饮酒64人（69.57%）。饮酒种类主要以白酒和啤酒为主,分别是38人（41.30%）和42人（45.65%）;饮酒原因主要是聚会76人（82.61%）;并且〈30岁和30～40岁的饮酒飞行员AUDIT问卷平均分数与40岁以上饮酒飞行员AUDIT问卷平均分数之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,〈30岁和30～40岁的饮酒飞行员AUDIT问卷平均分数之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论飞行员饮酒情况比较普遍,且随年龄增长,饮酒程度也逐渐加重,应尽早给予教育和干预。

Investigation and analysis on drinking-related problems in pilots

Objective To investigate the present situation of drinking in pilots of our army.Methods With muster multistage sampling,96 pilots were interviewed by use of AUDIT questionnaire.All pilots were divided into three groups based on age（age30,30～ 40,age40）.The average score and drinking frequency in each group were analyzed.One-way ANOVA test was used in measurement data and chi-square test in numeration data.Results The rate of drinking was 95.83% in 96 pilots.Of 92 drinkers,28 cases with normal drinking （30.43%）and 64 cases with hazardous and harmful drinking（69.57%）.White Spirit and beer were the main kind of alcohol drinking,38 cases（41.30%）drank white spirit and 42 cases（45.65%）beer.Causes of drinking of 76 cases（82.61%）were due to party.There was significant difference of the average score of AUDIT questionnaire between less 30 years group,30 to 40 years group and over 40 years group（age40）（P0.01,P0.05）.There was no significant difference of the average score of AUDIT questionnaire between less 30 years group and 30 to 40 years group（P0.05）.Conclusion Drinking in pilots is very universal and its degree tend to make more serious with the age,so pilots with drinking should be given education and intervention as soon as possible.
