| 摘 要： | 目的探讨下颌骨恶性造釉细胞瘤CT表现，并与病理对比。方法2003年9月至2008年11月经病理证实的恶性造釉细胞瘤7例，6例行CT平扫，其中2例行三维CT重组；1例行CT增强扫描；分析CT表现并观察肿瘤组织学特点。结果7例恶性造釉细胞瘤发生在下颌骨体部4例，体部和升支交界区3例。病变横断面最大径的平均值为49mm（34mm～61mm）。7例恶性造釉细胞瘤均呈分叶状，破坏区边缘清楚，骨皮质破坏中断并有软组织肿块形成，其中5例（5／6）平扫时与肌肉相比呈等低混杂密度，1例（1／6）呈较均匀等密度，1例增强扫描呈明显不均匀强化。4例（4／7）有不全骨性分隔，5例（5／7）牙根吸收。2例术后复发，时间分别为13个月和17个月。1例术后14个月后肺内转移。结论恶性造釉细胞瘤CT表现缺乏特征性，诊断应结合病理学、临床表现综合考虑。
