人工股骨头及全髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的比较研究

摘    要:目的探讨人工股骨头置换术与全髋关节置换术治疗老年移位性骨折的效果。方法将我院住院治疗的97例有移位的股骨颈骨折患者分为两组,人工股骨头置换术组(45例)和全髋关节置换术组(52例),并对两组手术时间、疗效、疼痛和术后并发症发生率进行比较。结果全髋关节置换术组疗效明显优于人工股骨头置换组,疼痛发生率、术后并发症发生率均低于人工股骨头置换组,但手术时间延长,差异均具有显著性。结论全髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折效果满意、疼痛发生率低,优于人工股骨头置换.

Abstract:Objective To compare the curative effect of artificial femoral head replacement with that of total hip replacement m elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 97 cases of femoral neck fracture were divided into two groups. Patients in group 1(45 cases) were treated by artificial femoral head replacement and patients in group Ⅱ( 52 cases) were treated by total hip replacement. Restdts The efficacy of patients in total hip replacement group was better than those in artificial femoral head replacement group, the incidence rate of pain was lower in the former, but the duration of operation was obviously longer than the latter. There was obviously significant in difference of these two groups. Conclusion The total hip replacement is better than artificial femoral head replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.
