SDF-1、CTGF在组织瘢痕形成中的作用研究进展

摘    要:无瘢痕愈合是组织愈合的理想方式,但至今胚胎个体无瘢痕愈合的具体机制尚不完全清楚。而细胞因子SDF-1及CTGF在组织损伤、修复、刺激成纤维细胞增殖分化、促进细胞外基质合成等方面有复杂的生物学作用。在此综述在组织创伤修复、器官纤维化、肿瘤转移复发等生物学过程中的生理及病理作用,进一步了解并研究其在组织瘢痕形成中的作用,为无瘢痕愈合的研究提供参考。

Abstract:Scarless healing is the ideal way for tissue to heal,However,the specific mechanisms of fetal scarless healing is not entirely clear.SDF-1 and CTGF have complicated biologic effects on tissue damages,repair,which stimulate fibroblast proliferation and differentiation and promote the synthesis of extracellular matrix.This article reviews recent progress in their biologic effects on tissue damage and repair,fibrosis of organ and tissue,tumor metastasis and relapse,in aiming to discusses their specific effects on the process of scar formation.
