| 摘 要： | 用系统全面的视角论述了建立有序而清晰的医院国有资产管理新体制这一热点问题,首先指出我国现行医院国有资产管理体制的主要弊端,进而阐述了构建医院国有资产管理新体系的核心问题和新的管理程序,并联系实际提出了构建我国医院国有资产管理新体制必须进行的相关配套改革。

| Abstract: | Discussing the key problem of making up a new system of national property management in hospiatal systematically. First,we pointed out that there are main disadvantages in national property management of hospitals available,then described the key problems and new management system in making up the national property management system in the hospitals of our country,and raised the correlated and matched reformation according to the reality. |
