摘    要:剖取正常近交系津白1成年小鼠主要脏器,以原子吸收分光光度计分别测定脏器组织中铜锌含量。结果表明: TA_1小鼠的心脏、肺及肾脏的铜锌含量、胰腺的铜含量以及肝脏的锌含量,在雌雄之间均无显著性差异;胰腺的锌含量有显著性差异;肝铜含量及脑、脾的铜锌含量差异非常显著。

Abstract:The contents of copper and Zinc in the various tissues and organs of TA_1 mice inbred line were determinated by the flame photometer AAS in 32 mice. The examined tissues were brain, heart, liver,lung, pancrease, spleen, kidney, testis and ovary. There is no significant difference between sexes in the content of Zinc and copper in the heart, lung and kidney, in the content of copper in the pancreas, and in the content of zinc in the liver. However, there is significant difference between sexes in the content of Zinc in the pancreas (P<0.05), in the contentof copper in the liver, and of copper and zinc in the brain and spleen(P<0.01).
