雌激素对绝经期冠心病妇女颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响

目的 :观察绝经期冠心病妇女雌激素水平和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系。方法 :采用彩色多普勒超声检测绝经期冠心病患者 5 0例和绝经期非冠心病患者 15例的颈动脉壁斑块、内中膜厚度及血流参数 ,并将冠心病患者随机分为雌激素治疗组和对照组。结果 :绝经期冠心病患者颈动脉壁的斑块显著大于绝经期非冠心病患者 ,其颈动脉内中膜的厚度也显著超过绝经期非冠心病患者 ;应用雌激素治疗后 ,雌激素治疗组的斑块记分和内中膜厚度均有所减小 ;血流参数在对照组和治疗组之间无显著差异。结论 :雌激素对绝经期冠心病患者的颈动脉粥样硬化有消退作用。

Effect of estrogen on carotid atheroselerosis of menopausal women with coronary heart disease

AIM:To observe the effect of estrogen on carotid artery atherosclerosis of menopausal women with coronary heart disease (CHD). METHODS: Fifty patients with CHD were randomly divided into estrogen treatment group and control group, 15 cases of without CHD were also chosen. The status of the carotid plague vessel wall, carotid artery intimamedia thickness and blood flow were observed by color Doppler ultrasonography. RESULTS: The plagues in menopausal women with CHD were larger and thicker than those of the without CHD group. The carotid artery intimamedia thickness of the menopausal women with CHD were thicker than those of without CHD. The score of plaques and intimamedia thickness in menopausal women with CHD after estrogen treatment were thinner than those of the control group. There was no distinct difference in blood flow after estrogen treatment compared with the control group. CONCLUSION: Estrogen can be useful for the treatment of carotid atheroselerosis.
