神经外科气管切开患者的营养支持

摘    要:目的 探讨神经外科气管切开患者营养支持与护理的方法。方法 30例神经外科气管切开患者早期(发病后48~72h)即开始实施肠内营养,并逐渐加量,不足部分由肠外营养补充;同时加强患者基础护理。结果 本组治愈26例,死亡4例,无严重腹泻、腹胀、皮肤完整性损伤及呼吸道感染等并发症。结论 神经外科气管切开患者注重营养支持治疗和基础护理,可提高患者救治成功率,降低并发症和病死率。

Nutrition therapy and nurse in neurosurgical tracheotomy patients

Abstract:Objective Explore the methods of nutrition therapy and nurse for neurosurgical tracheotomy patients. Methods Enteral nutrition(EN) was used in early phase (48 - 72 h, Postoperately ) in 30 cases with severe neurosurgical disease and tracheotomy. Parenteral nutrition was adopted when EN was insufficient. while attention basic nurse, Results 26 cases were cured and 4 cases dide. During the period of EN, there was no complication such as severe diarrhea and belly bulge and impaired skin integrity and respiratory infec- tion. Conclusion Attention nutrition therapy and basic nurse in neurosurgical tracheotomy patients can impr-ove the rate of cure and reduce the complication and mortality.
