DJ-1抗氧化应激功能研究进展

摘    要:氧化应激涉及多种疾病的发生和发展以及人体的衰老过程。DJ-1/PARK7基因编码DJ-1蛋白,目前的研究发现其具有多种生物学功能:包括细胞的恶性转化,雄性精子成熟与受精,促进细胞增殖,抵抗氧化应激等。近年来其抗氧化应激功能日益被重视。研究层次包括体外实验、体内实验和临床研究。其机制主要包括自身构型改变、分子伴侣作用、保护线粒体功能、调控抗凋亡基因和抗氧化相关基因。随着对DJ-1进一步的研究可能为氧化应激相关性疾病的预防和治疗提供新策略。

Abstract:Oxidative stress is implicated in the pathogenesis and development of a variety disease as well as in normal aging progress. The DJ-1/PARK7 gene encodes DJ-1 protein, with several functions such as malignant transformation, the male sperm maturation and fertilization, cell proliferation, resistance to oxidative stress, et al. The protection against oxidative stress was taken seriously in recent years. The researches included in vitro, in vivo and clinical experiments. The mechanism of antioxidation included the modification of configuration, the role of molecular chaperones, protection of mitochondrial function, regulation of anti-apoptosis genes and antioxidant related genes. With the further research of DJ-1 may provide a new strategy for the prevention and treatment of oxidative stress related diseases.
