| 摘 要： | 目的；夹脊电针配合脑神经生长素注射液治疗脊髓型颈椎病87例。方法：颈部夹脊电针每日1次，7次后休息1天，15日为1疗程，共治2个疗程；脑神经生长素注射液每日静点1次，15次为1疗程，共治2个疗程。结果：经过2个疗程治疗治愈39例（44.8%），好转48例（55.2%），未愈0例，有效率100％。结论；夹脊电针配合脑神经生长素注射液治疗脊髓型颈椎病，疗效可靠，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Object:The treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with Jia ji electropuncturection matching cranial nerve growth hormone parenteral solution:87 cases reported.Methods:The therapeutic methods of Jia ji electropuncturection was once daily,rest after 7 days,15 days was a course of treatment,the total were 2 courses;The therapeutic methods of cranial nerve growth hormone parenteral solution was once daily,15 days was a course of treatment,the total were 2 courses.Result:After 2 coures of treatment,39 cases (44.8%) were cured,48 cases (55.2%) had improvement and 0 cases failed.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclution:The treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with Jia ji electropuncturection matching cranial nerve growth hormone parenteral solution is reliable and feasible. |
