网络远程授课对新疆ICU专业护士理论培训的效果分析

目的探讨适合新疆地区ICU专业护士理论培训的新路径。方法对参加专科护士培训的44名学员,按照报名顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,各22名,实验组采取远程授课,对照组采用集中课堂讲授。培训前后分别进行理论考核和满意度调查。结果授课后两组学员成绩均明显提高,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);培训后实验组对远程授课的时效性和方便性满意度达100.00%。结论远程授课更方便灵活、更具时效性,初步效果令人满意,但是否可作为新疆地区今后ICU专业护士理论培训的可行性路径,有待于继续研究。

Application and effectiveness of the Internet distance teaching model in the theory training of ICU specialty nurses in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

Objective To probe into a new model of ICU specialty nurses theory training in Xinjiang Uygnr Autonomous Region. Methods Forty - four students enrolled in ICU specialty nurses training were randomly divided into two groups by enrolling order,22 students in each group. The study group received the Internet distance teaching program, while the control group received the face - to - face teaching program. Before and after training, a theory knowledge examination and a satisfaction survey were carried out. Results After training, the examination performances of the two groups were improved significantly,and there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The student＇s satisfaction with the convinence of distance teaching was 100. 00%. Conclusion Distance teaching is more convenient, flexible, effective and timely. The first effects are satisfactory. However, whether it can be used as a feasible method of the theory training of ICU specialty nurses in the future in Xinjiaug Uygur Autonomous Region needs to be confirmed in large sample researches.
