脑磁图检测在合谷穴特异性研究中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨脑磁图检测在合谷穴特异性研究中的作用。方法对6例健康志愿者分别采用经皮电刺激正中神经、电针非穴点、电针合谷穴,同步观察脑磁图(MEG)的变化,比较3种刺激在脑磁图的同一时间段的不同。结果电针合谷穴较非穴点及正中神经刺激的脑磁场强度为低(P<0.05)。结论脑磁图检测对合谷穴循经感传(PSM)的经络研究具有一定特异性。

Abstract:Objective To probe into the influence of the acupuncture at Hegu (LI4) point on brain function. Methods 6 healthy volunteers were used to stimulate Hegu (LI4) point with electric needle, recording the MEG in real time, observing the dynamic changes of the brain magnetic field. Results There are some differences between acupuncture at Hegu (LI4) point and other control points on MEG, and little differences between acupuncture at Hegu (LI4) and electric stimulating the middle nervous. Conclusion There are some certain particularities in the study of the PSM of Hegu (LI4) point with MEG examinatiion.
