经胸前壁途径腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺疾病疗效观察

目的探讨经胸前壁途径腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺疾病的疗效及应用价值。方法选取100例需要手术的甲状腺疾病患者,随机分为腔镜手术组与传统根治术组。对两组患者手术时间、出血量、术后疼痛评分、引流量、切口感染和手术满意率等情况进行综合比较。结果两组手术均顺利完成,术中无喉返神经及甲状旁腺损伤,无高碳酸血症及皮下气肿发生;除手术时间外,腔镜手术组术中术后各项观察指标均明显优于传统根治术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经胸前壁途径腔镜甲状腺切除术设计合理、效果确切,对甲状腺疾病有较重要的临床价值,值得临床推广。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy via Anterior Thoracic Parietal Approach in Treatment of Thyroid Diseases

Objective To study the efficacy and validity of endoscopic thyroidectomy through anterior thoracic parietal approach in treatment of thyroid diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with thyroid diseases were randomly assigned into endoscopic surgery group and traditional radical surgery group.The operating time,blood loss,postoperative pain assessment,seroma volume of drainage after surgery,wound infection and satisfaction rate between the two groups were comprehensively compared.Results Both types of operation procedures were carried out successfully with neither recurrent laryngeal nerve nor parathyroid injury,and no hypercapnia and subcutaneous emphysema was happened.Except the operating time,all the intra-operative observation indexes in endoscopic surgery group during and after the procedure were significantly superior to those of the traditional surgery group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Endoscopic thyroidectomy through anterior thoracic parietal approach is a reasonable and effective surgical method for the treatment of thyroid disease,and has important clinical value.
